Crush+Kick Delivery Policy

At Crush+Kick, we work hard to get your sneakers to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1 working day (24 hours) after payment is confirmed.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 -3 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Orders over R1 000 will enjoy free delivery
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an error was made by Crush+Kick.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Crush+Kick cannot be held responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Missed delivery attempts
Parcels returned due to unsuccessful delivery

If a parcel is returned to us, we can resend it, but additional courier charges will apply.
